Our Armydwarf was asking for an new Spotlight and indeed, I’m little bit slacking. Before i started with Rift i already aimed on Fenix as the new Officer for Darkfall, but Travis saved him. Now I'm back to Darkfall and Fenix is doing even more for the guild - if that is possible - then before and that means ... Time for Fenix!

In my Opinion Fenix is somehow silence but when you look a little bit closer then he is full of crazy ideas and when you then have learned to understand them, you perhaps are able to like the ideas. :P

How old are you and where do you live?

Hey ! I'm 24, I actually had to think about that, so I guess that means im getting old. I live in denmark, near the german border.

Tell us a little bit more about you:

I have been moving around quite a bit last few years. Currently im living in Sønderborg where I'm studying engineering on my 4th semester. The core of the education is innovation and business so thats where some of the crazy ideas come from !

Whats the story behind your nick?

A rl friend of mine came up with the nick when we started playing Ashersons Call on the darkfall server 11 years ago. When i was young i wanted to be a pilot, thats where the "flight" part of the name is from. Light is because i have light feet and run fast !

I have used this nick in all other games i have played.

Tell us a bit about your gaming story before you joined SUN?

The first game i played was Asherons Call. I started playing, taking turns with a rl friend because i didnt have my own computer or internet. He was playing with The Fremen Knights so i joined up with them as well for a brief amount of time. The only thing I remember from my time in TFK was a FFA event in the basement of their mansion, where as far as i recall Wildwood(?) beat everyone. I believe Silva played that charachter.

When I got my own computer and internet and started playing more I ran into all of the danes in Samsur and Great Cornholio took me under his wing in Blood as a vassal. I stayed with Blood for many years where i helped as admin in the exp chains and later became a core member. I left when i was the only one left playing in Blood. Then I joined OG and played with them for a few years while Terror ressurrected Blood.

When i quit Ashersons Call i started playing Warcraft III dotA which I also played for a few years near the top level, playing in the best communities.
Generally i have played very few games, but when i have started playing a game I have played it for many years.

Since the days of Asherons Call, I have been following Darkfall and it was always the plan to play it with SUN since i knew Khael from AC. I never joined SUN thought, because there was no mmorpgs that caught my interest and Darkfall kept being delayed.

I started Darkfall like 8 months into the game in Blood, about a month before the NA-transfer and merge between SUN/Blood.

What is SUN for you?

Awesome guild with alot of nice people.

Tell us a bit about how a typical day in the guild is for you?

Checking the boards, doing some duels, going out for some pvp and of course the same as every day, try take over the world !

How would you describe your time so far in Darkfall with SUN?

Its been a great time! Also meeting people at the christmas gathering, even though i dont remember much from it :D
I hope to be able to affort going to greece for the summer gathering.

You are spending so much time to the guild in the last months. How you can handle this?

Hehe. I'm pretty good at multitasking, or rather I can't focus at one thing at a time so usually if I'm watching a movie or something like that I can be doing guildstuff in the meantime.

About Darkfall, what you love mostly on the game, what you don’t like and what is your biggest wish for the future Darkfall?

What I love most about Darkfall is how skill based the pvp is for a mmorpg, I havnt played any other mmorpg since Asherons Call because nothing could compare in that aspect.

Darkfalls biggest problem in my opinion is the low playerbase, and the main reason for that is that there is no incencitive to help new people in their journey from newbie to veteran. For example Asherons Call which was also a hardcore game where you could really grief people. But in Asherons Call there was huge incencitive to help new players since if they swore alliance to you, and you became their patron any experience they gained from killing mobs a certain percentage of that would be passed on to you. If Darkfall had something like that, where if someone was under you and he gained 10 strenght, then 1 strenght was passed on to you. Then people would actually help others more.
My biggest wish is more players to kill !!

Do you have any funny or fail stories from darkfall which include other SUNs?

Cant think of any. Most fail stories recently, is me fucking up the timer on some transfer. Resulting in our people who stay up late having to wait 1 hour before clan stone is vulnerable. Sorry!
