I know Jearen mainly from the last Xmas-Party, I personally find him really entertaining and absolutly kindly and nice. To make a good Intro about him, I asked some people for a short comment:

Travis: How would I describe him. He rarely play the main SUN game and more pops in to make some random senseless comment. Kinda like the odd renter or an ugly mascot of SUN. But we greatly abuse his place for our gatherings. :D

Meth: The deadliest pink fluffy bunny rabbit on the planet.

You already can see, Jearen is special, so I'm really looking forward to his answers. Beside this he will also sacrifice once more his place for the Xmasbash 2011. So lets start: Hello Jearen!

How old are you and where do you live irl?

Hi, im 31 years old and i live in Copenhagen, smack down in the middle of everything.

Tell us a little bit more about you:

I was born and raised in the fires of hell, some say im the devils son, some say im his demise, all i know is, i call him dad, and im living it large and enjoying my time. I´ve taken up an ordinary job at a promotion and commercial agency to blend in, which seems to be going just fine, was thinking about a law firm, but that would be too obvious.

Whats the story behind your nick?

The story of my nick begins all the way back when I was born and raised in the cold frosty north, I travelled many lands as the sixth son of a merchant, One day, at a bonfire, I played a game called chrono cross, the lead characters name was Serge, and I found that a bit stale, so I opted for calling him Jearen, kinda out of the blue.
The game was really good and left an impression, so since then I´ve been going by that nick because it reminds me of something great and fun.

Which games are you playing at the moment?

At the moment I be playing mostly League of Legends, heroes of might and magic V and now, heroes VI with my girlfriend, sometimes I boot up the odd Kinect game on the xbox and dark souls is my next goal.
Im sure there´s a few others on various systems, but I rarely play anything random for long.

What is SUN for you?

SUN is a nice place to be, it´s a good community, nice people and not your typical band of egomanical 19 year old goofballs, lots of different people, I might even add exciting to that.
I´ve never been one to jump around in guilds, i´ve only been in one before SUN. (if you dont count the [Pokémon Squad] in counterstrike back when it was still beta ;D).
I like that some things are solid, and i find SUN to be somewhat of a rock solid holding point in my online endeavours.

Tell us a bit about your Story with SUN?

Me and SUN is a long and captivating story, it dates back to when i was born and raised on the unreleting sands of the mighty Sahara, I was the only daughter of a wellknown and wealthy nomad family, about to be married off. I´ve known some of the SUN guys for twenty years+, but i didnt join untill World of warcraft, played with a few of them for a short while in Ultima Online, on to everquest, at the same café, unfortunately I didnt work there like all the others, so it didnt last for long, especially since i grew tired of playing for 2 minutes, then waiting for half an hour before my character moved,
I had other things going on, im pretty sure i had a SEGA at that time...

Tell us a bit about how a typical day in the guild is for you?

I get up, make some toast, find some clothes to wear, brush my teeth, then go to work. At work i log in to check out whats new on the board, check if someones quoted me for saying something dumb.
Later in the evening, i play abit with the other LoL people, mostly im just creeping around in the shadows waiting for a game to play with SUN that i find interessting, im hoping this holy grail will be Planetside 2.
Either that, or a game like darkfall 7.0 not being run by fucking morons.

How would you describe your time so far with SUN? What do you think, the future will bring for SUN gameswise?

SUN has been good to me, i´ve learned that you can´t just kill other people, take their stuff and call them idiots when they accuse you of said crime and try to reclaim what was "lost".
I also learned that a good strong core community can drive you to achieve more than you thought, and it´s a nice feeling to be part of it. What awaits SUN in the future im not sure, i see alot of people wanting to play different games, and i doubt any one game will ever be the true SUN game again, the choices are many and in the end people are very different in what they find entertaining, i do however believe the throne can be shared.

Do you have any funny or fail stories which include other SUNs?

Actually im fresh out of stories of both fail and glory, but i suppose any that involves charging the enemy only to get a "disconnected!" or "queue full!" when you try to relog qualifies, im sure most people can relate to that as i see it, it´s an ongoing saga in the world of fail, because right now, someone, somewhere is struggling frantically to get back into a game in the hopes they are not dead and have lost their hours of progress.
Me personally? I hope they wipe! ;D

Tell us one thing about you that noone in SUN knows about you.

I was born and raised under the sea, i had my best friend Flounder who i played with all day, but Sebastian was always so annoying telling me to do this and to do that! hmpf!
Later i got better... you know, i have "feelings", i dont think anyone in SUN knows that actually, we dont talk about it alot, if you disclude rage that is.
