Tuesday evening we had a council meeting where we discussed the current topics, and made the decisions regarding the things we have been discussing on the private boards - using all the members feedback.

So without further ado, here is the Sun patch notes for v. 1212001.

Inactive members

Some ppl on the member page are not playing at all, or is never seen online. those few will be asked by a council member if they plan on playing/buying the game. If not there is not reason to have them on the member list.

• Members are not forced to wear a guild cloak, however all members are required to have a guildcloak on their person (equipped or in inventory).
• We have many members who uses /anon. This makes it a lot harder to find out whos online since you cant even see fellow guildmembers if they are anon.
• We will not make a rule against going anon, but we would like to encourage people to use it a bit less until mythic fixes it so guildmembers can see you are online.

Events

We will try to cook up some events, both in the realm but also arrange pvp fights/events in order to have some goals since we currently seem to lack some motivation due to no real endgame yet.

Alliance Chat

We use this as a common raid/pvp chat with a few other guilds. it should not be used to arrange groups or petitions for a res. We live up to that in sun since we have some hard rules on this, but some of the others dont. if you get a lot of spam not related to pvp, take some shots of it - and if it turns out that there is too much, we simply pull out of it.

• Azalar can now speak in the alliance chat.

Recruiting

A new recruit will now need 4 sponsors, and the recruit time will be one month.

This change wont affect current recruits and it will be implementet when the code is made on the member page.New guildfees

Until guildbanking is implementet the guildfee will be 200 gold at lvl 40, and 400 gold at lvl45.Delegation of Duties

We have delegated different tasks to individual council members in order to make a single point of contact in many guildrelated topics.Those are:Elvis/Tubby: Tax-collector. This is the guy you need to give the money at lvl40 and 45.

Simkin and Frank: Event coordinators. we will try creating some guild happenings and organise raids. If you have ideas feel free to come with them.

PR- Guy: Cicero, This dude will continue making his popular recaps on the private boards on the topic we discuss in the council.

Cloud: Crafter-dude/Johnson: This is mister popular. He is the one giving money to the crafters, and in generel will try to get the big picture about crafting in SUN.

Travis: Recruiting/Mail guy. This is the guy in charge of the recruiting, and answering emails on our guild mail account.

Cloud now has the councils approval to make posts on public boards (we used to lock him up)

Sun X-Mas party

As you probably know then we will have a X-mas party on Dec 21st. Sefirah and elvis are taking care of all the practical stuff - Big ups to them. Sign up for the party on #sun on irc. Soon our next big guildevent will be posted on the private board, look out for that one :).
